📖 About the performances
“Il Pubblico Bene” is a hybrid performance positioned across theatre, electronic music concert, poetic action, ritual form, and audiovisual creation. The piece focuses on Sardinia: an area perceived as exotic that here manifests as a paradigm of land, resource, and population exploitation, highlighting the rift between the needs of local inhabitants and capitalism.
In turn, “Saturbo-barra-bás” offers a narrative rooted in the figure of the dancer, exploring her affects, understandings, and capacities for being in the world through her singular bodily knowledge. She journeys, shifts, and lets go while invoking the resilience and adaptability required to remain in her environment.
