📖 Mozart and Rachmaninoff in Musical Dialogue

The concert opens with the overture to Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart's Le nozze di Figaro, K. 492, followed by his Piano Concerto No. 24 in C minor, K. 491, one of the Austrian master's most emotionally complex and dramatic works.

The programme continues with Sergei Rachmaninoff's Symphonic Dances, Op. 45. As an accomplished pianist, Rachmaninoff explored Mozart's music in depth; bringing these two emotionally charged works together reveals a compelling dialogue between both composers.
