📖 A tale of circus, war, and remembrance

On July 18, 1936, coinciding with the military uprising against the Republic that triggered the Spanish Civil War, the 50-artist troupe of the Anastasini Circus in Lodosa vanished without a trace. Accounts say some were executed and others forced to entertain the troops.

Through the expressive power of object theatre, narrator Olvido Flores shares a story of bitter beauty, poetry, circus, and war. The performance stands as a tribute to memory and to those forgotten individuals who were never brought flowers.

✨ A powerful theatrical tribute to the stories that must never fade from memory.
