The third edition of Bilbo Beat aims to showcase musical styles rarely seen in venues such as Teatro Campos Elíseos. Headlining the bill is Arianna Puello, a pioneer of Spanish-language hip hop with over three decades of musical history, multiple Latin Grammy nominations, and a groundbreaking catalogue dating back to the late 1990s.

The lineup also features two key names from the Basque scene: reggae and dancehall singer-producer Novato (Javier Zalacain), who brings over twenty years of experience exploring sounds from trap to dubstep, and Nehor (Haritz Olaeta and band), winners of the 2nd Fundación SGAE Euskadi Award at the Villasound festival.
