📖 An annual gathering turned upside down

Once a year, right around Christmastime, a group of female friends and their partners gather to stay in touch amid their busy modern lives. It is a time-honored routine and an essential date on their calendars that absolutely no one is allowed to miss.

However, this year's familiar encounter takes an unpredictable detour and escalates into sheer madness where the unexpected takes center stage. Driven by a fast-paced tempo and a cascade of surprising twists, the plot playfully proves that hope is always the very last thing to be lost.

🎭 The production and Bilboko Zirkuitua

The 75-minute performance is directed by Alicia Romero. The stage cast brings together Marina Merino, Visi Martínez, Rosa Quintana, and Juantxu López, accompanied by voice-over work from Paula Conde, Alicia Romero, and Fernando Lobato.

This performance is presented as part of Bilboko Zirkuitua 2026, a cultural program dedicated to bringing vibrant community theatre productions straight into neighbourhood municipal centres across Bilbao.
