📖 A poetic encounter with a visionary artist

Drawing inspiration from Carrington's autobiographical journals Memorias de abajo, the production delivers a poetic and liberated journey into her youth. The play focuses particularly on her time in Spain following the Civil War, exploring the birth of artistic vocation, psychiatric violence, and imagination as a bridge linking different worlds and eras.

Stepping away from conventional biographical formats, the performance summons the rebellious spirit, magnetic presence, and unyielding thirst for freedom of an extraordinary creator.
