📖 Atmospheric guitars and reflective storytelling

McEnroe's musical hallmark moves between introspective pop-rock and slowcore, pairing atmospheric guitars with steady, thoughtful tempos. Their songs explore poignant, recurring themes such as love, nostalgia, memory, and the relentless passage of time.

The concert will feature key tracks from their celebrated independent catalog, including albums like Mundo Marino (2008), Tú nunca morirás (2009), and Rugen las flores (2015). They will also perform pieces from La vida libre (2025), an eleven-song record exploring life, affection, and hope that marked their return after a six-year hiatus from the studio.

🎸 A distinctive voice in independent rock

Formed in Getxo in 2002 around songwriter and singer Ricardo Lezón, McEnroe has built one of the most distinctive identities in the independent music scene through sincere songwriting and heartfelt melodies. Their live show at Bilboko Kafe Antzokia offers a resonant musical journey in the heart of the city.
