📖 Poetry and rock live on stage

Formed in Barcelona in 1997, Standstill started out in the hardcore punk scene before gradually evolving towards a distinct, experimental and independent rock sound. One of their most defined hallmarks is the poetic and introspective lyrical style of frontman Enric Montefusco.

Over the years, the group released landmark records within Spanish independent music, including Vivalaguerra, Adelante Bonaparte, and Dentro de la luz, shaping a celebrated catalogue that won over audiences and critics alike.

🎸 The return of an influential band

Following an indefinite hiatus announced in 2015, the band made their comeback public in 2023 and returned to touring live in 2024. Their appearance in Bilbao as part of Negusfest 2027 provides a chance to witness their powerful repertoire inside Bilboko Kafe Antzokia.

✨ An unmissable concert with one of the most distinctive projects in contemporary independent rock.
