📖 Healing through connection
Emma is an actress. During a performance of The Seagull, she suffers an on-stage collapse. That breakdown marks the beginning of her journey at a rehab clinic alongside other patients dealing with substance abuse.
There, through listening to others and moving beyond self-absorption, she searches for a way to return to life. The play avoids preachiness, capturing instead the absurdity, pain, and wonder of being alive with lucidity, humor, and warmth.
👥 An outstanding creative ensemble
Alongside Irene Escolar, the cast features Javier Ballesteros, Tomás del Estal, Brays Efe, Sonia Almarcha, Claudia Faci, Daniel Jumillas, Mónica Acevedo, Blanca Javaloy, Manuel Egozkue, and Josefina Gorostiza.
ℹ️ Good to know: The show contains strobe lighting effects.
✨ A touching and incisive theatrical exploration of vulnerability, empathy, and collective healing.
