📖 Spoken word, sound, and intimate reflection

The piece investigates new formats for poetry on stage. Structured as a personal diary, the narrative traces a parallel path between meditation practice and antidepressant treatment. Through voice, soundscapes, and silence, the work addresses topics such as disidentification from the self, boundaries between tangible reality and imagination, and finding presence in a fragmented world.

Lasting 60 minutes, the production features sound design by Ibon Aguirre, costume design by Estela Miguel · h05, jewelry by Ale Ruiz, and lighting design and stage direction by Daniel Aranda.

The project was developed in an artistic residency at La Fundición in Bilbao, bringing together live contemporary performance, sound art, and literature.
